As a former real estate appraiser I was impressed with how Cori used both recent sales and listings to price our house competitively against other homes while giving it a chance to sell for maximum value. After staging Cori used a professional photographer a second drone photographer and a floor plan specialist to create beautiful photos for our listing that captured the unique features of our house clearly showed the home's layout and visually presented the home in a flattering presentation. Cori updated us regularly with a calendar indicating what we needed to do by specific dates. She had just the right amount of "hands on" to keep the whole process as stress free as possible. She was firm with prospective buyers and other real estate professionals when needed but generally served as a warm and welcoming sale's agent. In the end our house sold in less than a week for full asking price. From start to finish Cori did a remarkable job selling our home.
